Since the autumn of 1979, Mayas Fiesta Catering has been a cherished local establishment in Seattle, steeped in a tradition of providing authentic Mexican culinary experiences. Emerging from humble beginnings, our initial venture was a quaint locale in Rainier Valley, which, despite its modest size, quickly became a favorite among the locals. This initial success was a testament to the rich, authentic flavors of our offerings, meticulously crafted to provide a genuine taste of Mexico. Over the decades, our reputation has only grown, with the quality and authenticity of our Mexican dishes remaining at the heart of our enduring appeal. Choice of meat (chicken, beef, cheese, spinach). Choice of salsa (red, green, V GF) regular.
ENCHILADA AND TACO COMBO
Includes build your own tacos option of chicken, beef, vegetarian, cheese enchiladas, vegetarian Spanish rice, black beans (refried beans available) guacamole, sour cream, chips, salsa, pico de gallo. (for building the tacos includes, shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions, crispy taco shells).
FAJITA BAR
Everything you need to build your own Fajitas includes your option of Grilled chicken, grilled steak and vegetarian, soft flour tortillas (corn tortillas available) Toppings include: shredded lettuces, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, chips, salsa, pico de gallo, Spanish rice and refried beans (vegetarian). Prawns add $3.00 per person.
TACO BAR
Everything you need to build your own tacos includes your option of Shredded chicken, ground beef and vegetarian, soft flour tortillas and crispy corn taco shells. Toppings include: shredded lettuces, cheese, tomatoes, onions, guacamole, sour cream, chips, salsa, pico de gallo, Spanish rice and refried beans (vegetarian).
CHILE RELLENOS
One roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, egg batter, includes vegetarian Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, chips, salsa, pico de gallo and soft tortillas.
FIESTA FINGER FOOD
Includes: Chicken Flautas, Shredded beef taquitos, Chicken wings, Cheese quesadilla, Cream cheese poppers, Mozzarella cheese sticks, Bean dip Guacamole, sour cream, Chips, salsa, Pico de Gallo.
